CHASUBLE
The chasuble features very nice 3" European banding, which has a Cross and Crown of thorns pattern. A unique embroidered Marian emblem has been applied to the centre of the Cross on the back of the chasuble.

I digitized this emblem in order to be able to embroider it, from a photo of the old Sisters of St. Joseph Convent in York, Western Australia. This convent is now a restaurant unfortunately, but the stain glass windows from the old chapel are still in place. The entire set is lined in a gold shade pure 100% silk also, making this true value for money. The burse is lined in a cream silk.
