The peddlers of doom, the global warming 'crisis', etc, etc, are desperately trying to create an atmosphere of panic. Take a recent headline, with the all-knowing UN suggesting that we will be crunching on tasty cockroaches soon as a staple food. Mmmm... delicious. Expert 'economists' - the same people who would dump tons of excess food in the ocean, are warning us about an impending 'food shortage'. There are even 'doomsday' vaults where apparently, vast collections of seeds are stored. Has anyone seen any evidence to back up these claims? Are there really seeds in those vaults? And why have electronic doors if a catastrophic event would knock out the power?
These buffoons never mention survival tactics, sprouting cans and staples such as rice, barley, oats, etc, etc. They don't mention market gardening, window box gardening, balcony gardening, hydrophonics or SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
Catholics have known for decades about an upcoming 'catastrophy', engineered by the same idiots who are peddling the upcoming food shortage. As Scripture says, God is not mocked, and thse people will eventually have to answer for the untold misery and suffering they have willfully perpetrated on humanity, in their quest for a new world order.
Do you want to spend your life as a slave to a bunch of Elite nutcases? No? Then try some extra fasting for the remainder of Lent. It won't kill you and you will get more control over your life.

Christ is Born! Rejoice!
Christmas arrived so quickly this year! Each year seems to go faster and faster and faster! I wish everyone a very blessed and joyous Christmas 2007!
This past year, and especially the last six months have seen some amazing things at www.susanmaria.com. In August I moved the studio to more spacious premises. I am able to turn out more work in a shorter time with less stress. Plans continue to sell stock in the business in early 2008 - more on this later.
How did...?
This wonderful Bulgarian Boys Choir get on Youtube? You have to listen to this - it's the Traditional 'Gaudete, Gaudete', a Christmas Carol in Latin. What voices!

St. Martin of Tours
Today: St. Martin of Tours.
This great bishop was born in the former capital of the Roman Pannonia.
Catch a train in Graz, Austria, travel into Hungary, jump off at Szombathely, and there you are - in the heart of PANNONIA. Great historic town, including Church of St. Martin which honors the local of his Baptism and also the traditional site of his birth. Accommodation is quite cheap - get a brochure from the railway station information office - they speak English.
God Has Brought You!
Welcome to the new susanmaria.com blogsite, which is an arm of the business website at http://www.susanmaria.com/
The phrase 'God has brought you' is a manner of greeting in Hungarian. Greetings to all who visit this Blogsite. This site is for the discussion of church vestments and related items, as well as for the posting of such things as recipes, questions regarding Church Sewing and articles on the great love of my life: GREGORIAN CHANT.
I am a vestment designer and sewer, running a successful yet humble Studio in Perth, Western Australia. I believe the quality of my work now has reached a very high standard, Deo Gratias.
I hope to soon change completely to pure silk for the vestments, as this is more in keeping with the requirements of the Church. The two are worlds apart. People spend fortunes on weddings, but when it comes to the furnishings of God's House, the venue for the Heavenly and Mystical Banquet, any old thing will do. I hope to offer pure silk vestments at affordable prices.
Setting up a website and proclaiming oneself to be a vestment designer is not enough to produce enduring and viable results.
May this site serve to further the cause of the restoration of the Catholic Church to Her former glory, and a pleasant place to visit and exchange relevent information.
