This is a complete five piece set of vestments, in the Roman style. The set, made from black liturgical fabric, has extensive machine embroidery of a unique Cross design worked in silver thread. Silver metallic trims have been used extensively. The fringing is white, but can be silver if requested (and if available!).
The Chasuble features and embroidered 'IHS' design in the center as well as nine embroidered Crosses, worked on the back and the front. This embroidered Cross design is a replica from an antique set.
The set is fully lined in black satin lining, with the Burse being lined in pure 100% linen.
The photos do not show the fabric too well, unfortunately. The material is a true black, and the photos of the Chalice Veil and Buse show the pattern a little clearer.
