This is an exquisitely inspiring statue of Our Lady of Perpetual Help - or, as known in some countries, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour.
Crafted by an artisan in the Philipines, the Blessed Mother stands approximately 28" tall. In Her arms is the Child Jesus, who looks upwards to His Mother for reassurance. The faces are beautifully crafted, and Our Lady has realistic eyelashes, rather than just having them painted on.
Encircling Her head is a crown of 12 stars, and two angels hover on either side.
