Introduction

After two and a half years of planning, I am pleased to annouce that investment positions are available in my company.  

Pannonian House Pty Ltd, (my new Company name), is an Australian Company limited by shares (stock).  The Company is based on the ten year foundation of Susan Maria Vestment Designs.    If you are on this website, you are probably here because you have an interest and love of classic styled Catholic vestments, and quality sacristy goods.  Very few business are totally dedicated to this cause.  Since I started this business, I have seen others come and go.  The market has been thoroughly researched and the Company has the potential to emerge as a world leader in the global vestment and related sacristy goods field. 

A detailed 'Information Memorandum' is available to interested investors. 

Business advise is also welcome, and could be negotiated in exchange for stock in the Company.

2.) Investors within Australia however must comply with the following:

For Sophisticated Investors - Section 708 (8) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Sophisticated Investors need to be certified by a qualified accountant as having $2.5 Million dollars AUD in net assets, or an annual gross income of $250,000 AUD for the past two years. Certification required!

For Professional Investors - Section 708 (11) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Professional Investors need to be certified by a qualified accountant as being a professional body with at least $10,000,000 AUD under Management. Certification required!

How to receive an Information Memorandum

If you qualify in either of the above categories as specified under "Eligible Investors", then you may request an information memorandum on this limited offer. Please email <<Director Name>> to initiate proceedings.  info@domain-name.com

Upon certification or qualification of your eligibility to participate in this offer, you will then be provided with additional information and afforded the opportunity to speak with Company Directors to discuss this opportunity in greater depth if required.
